Now since you have decided to fight the exam then don’t take this as an ordinary exam. Make this exam your passion and aim this exam as your goal.

The Basic trick which is applicable for all exams is the syllabus. The balance point of your preparation vehicle is your syllabus. When you prepare for any exam the syllabus should be on your tongue. The syllabus is like a Google map for the students. This will be guide you through out your preparations and will help you in selecting the study material.

The next thing every student should do is to schedule the timings. The management of time is very important for the preparations. Students should divide their study time between their subjects and study material. The material you choose should also be in your approach regularly.

Regularity in studies is also a key point in reference to the examination. If you study irregularly, this will not help you in any way. Bring regularity in your studies and repeat the things weekly.

Selection of Quality Study material is very important. As the recruitment demands general knowledge of subjects, so according to the job requirement you should only prepare as the aim of generalization not specialization. Select the books which are authentic and accepted by the govt., don’t believe or buy any kind of guides because they are not guides, they are misguides.

Keep in touch with the outer world. Don’t pack yourself in rooms till the exam. Bring weekly magazines and current affairs books for the current affairs portion. Give daily 45-50 min to the newspaper.

Use social Media as your helper and give half an hour daily to the news apps and other social media.

The Final thing you should do is practice more and more. The more you practice the more you develop the understanding. So practice the mock papers available at the official website, sample papers and the best source is the old year’s papers.
